Return Policy
If you wish to return your order for any reason, we are here to assist you! Returns are free within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product and receive: a) a reusable credit for new purchases, or b) a refund issued to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges. If you prefer a different size or color, please place a new order and return the unwanted product.

We will respond by email within 5 days to provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs (e.g., Canada Post) are at your expense. Your order will be refunded within 5 business days of its receipt at the warehouse. Please note that refunds to credit cards or PayPal may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement.
